I was living out of state when I decided to sell my house. Mike was extremely helpful working with my schedule to connect (I am 3 hours behind), willing to take calls to answer questions in the evening and on the weekends. He helped with finding people to make some updates to put the house on the market, letting them in and making sure the work was done correctly. Mike put the time to research to make recommendations on what to start with a price, had a good marketing plan and had an open house. At one point we some terrible flooding while the house was on the market and Mike checked on my house instead of having to ask my elderly parents that were 45 mins away. He is not pushy but will give you advice to help you make decisions. I would work with him again in a heartbeat. I am sad he was not in Seattle to help me.
